The Cocoa Gemplasm Portal of Malaysia Cocoa Board (MCBCGP) is an information service centre for the cocoa research and cocoa producing community. The information for the cocoa germplasm includes the phenotypic and genotypic data. The crop characteristics, yield potential, pests and diseases tolerance level and genetic information data were collected based on observation and evaluation of the cocoa materials at several Malaysian Cocoa Board research centres throughout Malaysia. This portal serves better understanding about specific cocoa materials for public sharing.
